We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any a lot more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a huge amount of money out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have yet another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to offer our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
